To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for all guests, we ask that you review and follow the campground rules, policies, and guidelines below. These policies are in place to protect our guests, our property, and the natural environment that makes Daydream Campground special.

By booking and staying at Daydream Campground, you agree to comply with all rules and policies outlined on this page.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

  • Please be respectful of neighboring sites at all times
  • Loud music, amplified sound, or disruptive behavior is not permitted during quiet hours
  • Repeated noise complaints may result in removal from the campground without refund

Fires & Fire Pits

  • Fires are permitted only in designated fire pits
  • Fires must never be left unattended
  • Only firewood is allowed — no trash, treated wood, or construction materials
  • All local and state fire bans will be strictly enforced

Management reserves the right to prohibit fires at any time due to weather or safety conditions.

Pets

  • Pets are permitted at Daydream Campground but must be leashed at all times
  • Pet owners are fully responsible for the behavior, supervision, and care of their pets
  • Owners must clean up after their pets immediately
  • Pets may not be left unattended on campground property

Daydream Campground assumes no responsibility or liability for pet-related incidents, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or interactions with other guests or animals.

Vehicles & Parking

  • Daydream Campground can guarantee one vehicle per site
  • Additional vehicles may be accommodated if approved in advance, but are not guaranteed
  • Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas
  • The campground speed limit is 5 MPH

Please drive cautiously and remain alert to pedestrians, children, and wildlife at all times.

Site Use & Occupancy

  • Each site and rental unit has a maximum occupancy limit which must be observed.
  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
  • Subletting or transferring reservations is not allowed.
  • Please respect natural areas, neighboring sites, and lakefront boundaries.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.

Safety & Liability

  • Guests assume all responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of their belongings.
  • Swimming, fires, and outdoor activities are undertaken at your own risk.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Daydream Campground is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Please respect the natural environment and leave your site as you found it
  • Do not disturb wildlife or vegetation
  • Dispose of trash properly and recycle when possible

We appreciate your help in keeping Daydream Campground clean and beautiful.

Enforcement & Right to Refuse Service

Failure to comply with campground rules, policies, or staff instructions may result in removal from the property without refund.

Daydream Campground reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the enjoyment of other guests.

Final Acknowledgment

By entering and staying at Daydream Campground, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all campground rules and policies.
